El Personal De Reservistas Contemplado Anteriormente E Inscrito Por El Estado Mayor General Será Escalafonado Y, Por Consiguiente, Quedará Incorporado A Las Fuerzas Militares, En Su Especialidad, Y Sujeto A Concurrir A Las Convocatorias De Llamamiento Al Servicio Que Determine El Gobierno

º. El personal de reservistas contemplado anteriormente e inscrito por el Estado Mayor General será escalafonado y, por consiguiente, quedará incorporado a las Fuerzas Militares, en su especialidad, y sujeto a concurrir a las convocatorias de llamamiento al servicio que determine el Gobierno.

Parágrafo 1

Ningún reservista inscrito y escalafonado podrá cambiar de domicilio o lugar de trabajo sin previo permiso el Estado Mayor General.

Parágrafo 2

La contravención al mandato anterior, traerá como consecuencia la pérdida de la licencia hasta por cinco (5) años, conforme lo determine el Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos.
