POR EL CUAL SE REGLAMENTA LA EXPEDICION DE CERTIFICADOS DE RESERVISTAS A LOS RADIOAFICIONADOS Y RADIOTECNICOS Y SE DICTAN OTRAS MEDIDAS.

1Facultase Al Estado Mayor General Para Certificar La Condición De Reservistas De Quienes Soliciten Licencias Como Radioaficionados O Radiotécnicos, Certificación Que Se Hará En La Libreta Militar Del Interesado2Los Colombianos De Que Trata El Artículo Anterior, No Comprendidos Dentro De La Edad Militar Determinada En El Artículo 27 De La Ley 1ª De 1945, Y Que Carezcan De Libreta, Se Les Expedirá Un Carnet Provisional Que Los Acredite Como Reservistas De Las Fuerzas Militares Y Renovable Cada Año, Pero Sin Perjuicio, Para Los Menores De 21 Años, De La Obligación Militar En Filas Si Fueren Favorecidos En El Sorteo Que Se Verifique Para Tal Efecto3El Personal De Reservistas Contemplado Anteriormente E Inscrito Por El Estado Mayor General Será Escalafonado Y, Por Consiguiente, Quedará Incorporado A Las Fuerzas Militares, En Su Especialidad, Y Sujeto A Concurrir A Las Convocatorias De Llamamiento Al Servicio Que Determine El Gobierno4Los Ministerios De Guerra Y De Correos Y Telégrafos Reglamentarán Las Condiciones En Que Deba Cumplirse El Presente Decreto El Cual Entrará En Vigencia Desde La Fecha De Su Expedición
