Articulo 8º El valor que los concesionarios deban pagar a las loterías, beneficencias o a los Servicios Seccionales de Salud por cada formulario, constituye la regalía que se causa en favor del Estado por la explotación del juego conforme a lo establecido en el Articulo 1º del Decreto 386 de 1983 y que esta destinado a programas de salud.
