Los jueces que estén conociendo de las objeciones presentadas en los concordatos preventivos obligatorios iniciados con anterioridad a la vigencia del Decreto 350 de 1989, remitirán el expediente contentivo de la actuación al Superintendente de Sociedades, a efecto de que éste resuelva tales objeciones.
