Articulo 1° Los impuestos de que tratan los numerales 74 y 75 del artículo 5° del Decreto 2908 de 1960, en lo relacionado a fósforos y barajas de procedencia extranjera, se recaudarán por las Aduanas del país utilizando estampillas de limbre nacional en la forma indicada en el artículo 8° del Decreto número 0001 de 1961.
