Esta ley rige a partir de la fecha de su promulgación y en cuanto respecta al espectáculo público de exhibición cinematográfica deroga el numeral 1 del artículo 7º de la Ley 12 de 1932 y el literal "a" del artículo 3º de la Ley 33 de 1968 , así como las demás disposiciones relacionadas con este impuesto en lo pertinente a dicho espectáculo.
