ARANCEL A LAS IMPORTACIONES. Se establecerá un arancel de treinta y siete punto nueve por ciento (37.9%) a las importaciones de productos clasificados en los capítulos 61 y 62 del Arancel de Aduanas Nacional, cuando el precio FOB declarado sea inferior o igual a 20 dólares de los Estados Unidos de América por kilo bruto.
