º . Usuarios . Podrán ser usuarios de un Sistema Especial de Importación - Exportación para Exportación de Servicios las personas jurídicas que presenten un proyecto para exportación de servicios y que se encuentren inscritas en el Registro Nacional de Exportadores de Bienes y Servicios del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior.

Parágrafo

Unicamente las personas jurídicas obligadas a llevar contabilidad y tener Revisoría Fiscal podrán acceder a este mecanismo.
