Indicio grave. Indagatoria. Cuando en la investigación exista por lo menos un indicio grave de que el denunciado es autor o partícipe del hecho que se investiga, el Representante-Investigador lo citará para que dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes comparezca a rendir indagatoria. Si fuere capturado en flagrancia, se le dejará en libertad y citará en la forma antes dicha. Si no compareciere se le emplazará, designará defensor de oficio y se continuará la actuación.
