- Primero. REVOCAR la decision objeto de revision, salvo en el punto
- septimo. de envio de copias a la Procuraduria, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por las razones indicadas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al alcalde de Mariquita que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo, proceda a pagarle a Educaris Salinas Bovadilla los salarios debidos y las primas de navidad y vacaciones, si aun no lo ha hecho y PREVENIR para que en adelante no se vuelva a incurrir en mora.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
