- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Choconta (Cundinamarca), dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por los senores Luz Doris Rubiano y Luis Antonio Ardila Pasos, a traves de apoderado, en contra de la Alcaldia Municipal de Gachancipa (Cundinamarca). En consecuencia, DENIEGASE el amparo solicitado.
