Primero. REVOCAR, las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito del Bagre contra el Alcalde Municipal de Zaragoza Antioquia.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde de Zaragoza, Antioquia, que, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, proceda a cancelar a los demandantes lo adeudado por concepto de mesadas pensionales, siempre y cuando exista la debida disponibilidad presupuestal. Si esta fuere insuficiente, dispondrá del mismo término para iniciar las gestiones que le permitan atender con lo adeudado.
Tercero. PREVENIR a la administración municipal para que hacia el futuro prevea los mecanismos correspondientes que permitan cubrir en forma puntal y completa las obligaciones causadas por reconocimiento pensionales.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
