- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. REVOCAR, por las razones expuestas, el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo del Cauca, el dia 7 de julio de 1998, y en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela impetrada.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que, dentro de los diez dias siguientes a la notificacion del fallo, el Concejo Municipal de Timbio disponga lo necesario para el otorgamiento de los seguros de vida y salud en favor de la actora.
- Tercero. Librense por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
