- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Ponedera (Atlántico). En su lugar TUTELAR el derecho fundamental al trabajo de los señores Manuel María Vizcaíno Padilla, Esther Melinda Araque Vargas, Virginia Pomposa Ruíz Restrepo y Nancy Judith Ruiz
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Gerente del Hospital de Ponedera (Atlántico) que si aún no lo ha hecho, proceda a cancelar los salarios debidos a los accionantes, para lo cual realizará las diligencias pertinentes dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la notificación de ésta sentencia.
- Tercero. PREVENIR al Gerente del Hospital demandado a fin de que en el futuro cancele oportunamente los salarios de sus trabajadores evitando las omisiones ilegitimas que dieron origen a esta acción.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
