- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial, Sala Civil con fecha 22 de enero del presente año y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela que ha dado origen al presente fallo.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que en el término de cinco (5) dias se realicen las operaciones necesarias para que se paguen los salarios y demás acreencias laborales que se le adeudan a la señora María Esmeira Padilla, si es que ello no se ha efectuado.
- TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
