- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Astrea (Cesar) dentro de los expedientes T-282312 y T-282314.
- Segundo. TUTELAR los derechos constitucionales fundamentales de los actores a la vida, a la subsistencia y al trabajo de Gabriel Oliveros Larios y María del Rosario Rivera Bravo.
- Tercero. ORDENAR al Alcalde del Municipio de Astrea (Cesar), que si todavía no lo ha hecho, en el término de diez (10) días siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, proceda a cancelar los salarios que se adeudan a los actores, si no lo hubiere hecho ya, y adelante las diligencias pertinentes para que no se repita el atraso que ha dado lugar a la presente tutela.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
