- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Sección Segunda, Sub-Seccion A, el 26 de julio de 1996, mediante la cual se negó la tutela impetrada.
- Segundo. ADVERTIR a la empresa Aerovías Nacionales de Colombia S.A. -AVIANCA- que mientras no sean desvirtuados los actos administrativos pertinentes debe reconocer la existencia de la Asociación Colombiana de Ingenieros de Vuelo -ACDIV- y a los miembros de la junta directiva inscritos en la actualidad ante el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE, por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, en la forma y para los efectos allí contemplados.
