CONFIRMAR las decisiones de primera y segunda instancia, proferidas por el Juzgado Veintisiete Penal Municipal y el Juzgado Catorce Penal de Circuito de Medellín en las providencias fechadas el veinticuatro de julio y catorce de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y siete respectivamente, en cuanto a su decisión de no ser la tutela la vía procedente para reclamar las mesadas atrasadas dejadas de pagar al difunto esposo de la señora Bertha Diosenira Rojas.
