Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sección Primera, Subsección A, del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela promovida por DIANA MARÍA PERDOMO SÁNCHEZ contra el Instituto de Seguro Social y, en su lugar, conceder la protección solicitada.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguro Social, Sede Nacional de Santa Fe de Bogotá, continuar cancelando a DIANA MARÍA PERDOMO SÁNCHEZ las mesadas correspondientes a la pensión de sobrevivientes que le había sido reconocida, hasta que cumpla la edad de 25 años, siempre que continúe estudiando, circunstancia que deberá acreditar periódicamente, de conformidad con el artículo 47 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
