- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias objeto de revision en el caso de JORGE EDUARDO GOMEZ GONZALEZ (la del 25 de noviembre de 1999 del Juzgado 2deg Civil Municipal de Salamina y la del 25 de enero del 2000 del Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Salamina) y en su lugar ORDENAR que el Alcalde de SALAMINA, si es que no lo ha hecho, pague en el termino de quince dias los meses debidos y relacionados en las respectiva peticion, (sueldos de agosto, septiembre, octubre, noviembre y diciembre de 1998, prima de navidad de 1998, sueldos de septiembre, octubre y noviembre de 1999 y prima semestral de ese ano). Y, PREVENIR para que en adelante no se vuelva a incurrir en dilaciones que demoren el pago de salarios de los accionantes.
- SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 9 de diciembre de 1999 por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Salamina, en el caso de JOSE FABIAN LOPEZ TRUJILLO, pero por las razones indicadas en el presente fallo.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
