- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el veintitrés (23) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999) por el del Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Armenia, mediante el cual se negó la protección de los derechos vulnerados por la accionada.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la protección de los derechos al trabajo y a la subsistencia de la accionante y ORDENAR al Gerente del Hospital Universitario San Juan de Dios de Armenia, si todavía no lo ha hecho, inicie y culmine las diligencias pertinentes para que en el término de un mes, contado a partir de la notificación de este fallo, cancele la totalidad de los salarios adeudados a la señora Ines Castañeda Grisales, so pena de las sanciones por desacato.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
