- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el nueve de julio de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998) por el juzgado
- primero. civil municipal de Soacha (Cund).
- Segundo. CONCÉDESE la presente tutela, y en consecuencia, se ordena al Señor Alcalde Municipal de Soacha (Cund.) que en el término de treinta (30) días contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, culmine los tramites necesarios para lograr la afiliación de la actora al Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
