- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 11 de septiembre de 1995, por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Marta, en el proceso de tutela instaurado por MYRIAM GUZMAN SEQUEA, contra el Alcalde Mayor de la ciudad de Santa Marta.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Marta, Sala Laboral, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
