- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas, el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Repelón el 30 de agosto de 1999, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por Alvaro Carrillo Muñoz.
- Segundo. En caso de que, para la fecha de notificación de esta Sentencia, ya se hubieren pagado los salarios que se debían al actor, en cumplimiento del Fallo T-157 del 22 de febrero de 2000, que ha sido anulado, no habrá lugar a devolución alguna, pues se trataba de un derecho del accionante.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LIBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
