- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR LA SENTENCIA relacionada con la acción de la referencia, proferida por el H. Tribunal de Córdoba el Treinta (30) de Julio de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993).
- Segundo. Ordenar que el Tribunal Administrativo de Córdoba le dé el trámite judicial que corresponda a la solicitud de tutela presentada por FRANCISCO VILLAFAÑE DE LA ROSA y que notifique de la misma a la Caja Nacional de Previsión que es la autoridad administrativa contra la que se dirige.
- Tercero. Comunicar la presente decisión al Señor FRANCISCO VILLAFAÑE DE LA ROSA en la dirección que aparece en el expediente de la referencia.
