- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del H. Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cartagena en relación con la Acción de Tutela presentada por el señor JOSE CARLOS BARBIERI GONZALEZ, contra unas actuaciones del señor Alcalde de Cartagena.
- Segundo. Comuníquese la presente decisión al Despacho Judicial de origen para que sea notificada conforme lo dispone el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
