- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por la Sala Disciplinaria del tribunal Superior de Cundinamarca el día seis (6) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), y por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura el día cinco (5) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), para resolver la tutela solicitada por el señor Otoniel Cifuentes Parrado y en consecuencia denegar la tutela, por los motivos expuestos en este fallo.
- SEGUNDO. Comuníquese la presente decisión al Tribunal Superior de Cundinamarca, para que dé cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
