- Primero. REVOCAR la decision proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Taraza (Antioquia) del veintitres de junio de 1997 que denego la tutela iniciada por el senor Ruben Antonio Loaiza contra el senor Alcalde del Municipio de Taraza.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la presente tutela respecto de los derechos a la vida, salud y al pago oportuno de las mesadas pensionales, para lo cual se ordenara al Municipio de Taraza, para que el termino de los quince (15) dias siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, cancele al demandante toda suma de dinero debida por concepto de las mesadas pensionales de jubilacion causadas hasta la fecha, a menos que se hubiere realizado, asi como el pago oportuno de las mismas en el futuro.
- Tercero. SURTASE el tramite previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
