- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Sala Laboral, el ocho (8) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), y en su lugar CONFIRMAR la proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito del veintidos (22) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia. En consecuencia, la CAJA NACIONAL DE PREVISION SOCIAL decidirá expresamente el recurso interpuesto por la accionante, dentro del término improrrogable de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contado a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, si para la notificación de ésta última no ha sido resuelto el recurso y siempre que no se haya presentado la demanda correspondiente.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRENSE por secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el Artículo 36 del Decreto 2591, para los efectos allí contemplados.
