- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por los Juzgados
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Palmira y por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de esa misma ciudad. En su lugar TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales al trabajo y mínimo vital de los señores Argemiro Puentes Medina, Gustavo Martínez, Harold Avila Nieva, Jorge Hernán Rebolledo Duque y Jayira Soto Anaya.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde Municipal de Palmira (Valle), que en el término quince (15) días contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, adelante las gestiones necesarias para la inmediata cancelación de los salarios y mesadas que se adeudan a los actores.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
