Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria, proferido el 20 de septiembre de 1999, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por María Isabel Palma de Bonilla contra el Hospital Reina Sofía de España de Lérida (Tolima) y proteger el mínimo vital de la accionante.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Director del Hospital Reina Sofía de España, de Lérida que, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, adelante las gestiones necesarias para la inmediata cancelación de los salarios que se adeudan a María Isabel Palma de Bonilla, Auxiliar de Odontología de esa entidad hospitalaria.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
