- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Antioquia el 12 de abril de 2002 respecto a la tutela interpuesta por ONASIS HERNÁNDEZ VALDELAMAR en contra de la decisión del Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Rionegro del 20 de marzo de 2002, pero por los motivos anteriormente expuestos por la Corte.
- SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
