- Primero. Ordénase a la Hermana Ana Fernández Calderón, rectora del Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Presentación del Centro de Santafé de Bogotá, o a quien desempeñe tal cargo, tramitar el ingreso de la niña Yessica Andrea Ramos Romero, en las condiciones de igualdad descritas en esta sentencia, para el año lectivo de 1995.
- Segundo. Solicítase al Secretario de Educación de Santafé de Bogotá, doctor Eduardo Barajas Sandoval, o a quien desempeñe tal cargo, designar un funcionario que se encargue de supervigilar el trámite de ingreso de Yessica Andrea Ramos Romero, al Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Presentación del Centro. Tal funcionario informará a esta Corte sobre el resultado de su gestión, en el término de treinta (30) días comunes, contados a partir de la fecha de esta sentencia. E igual informe rendirá al Juzgado 59 Civil Municipal de Bogotá.
