- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del 12 de mayo de 1998 y, en su lugar, confirmar íntegramente el fallo adoptado por la Sala de Decisión Civil del Tribunal Superior de Medellín el 27 de marzo de 1998, por medio del cual se tutelaron los derechos fundamentales del actor al debido proceso y a la defensa.
- Segundo. Comunicar la presente providencia al Tribunal Superior de Medellín para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
