- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Penal de Decision del Tribunal Superior de Medellin, del 30 de marzo de 1992, por medio del cual se concedio la tutela interpuesta por Ramiro Sanchez Alvarez en contra de la Direccion Seccional de Orden Publico de Medellin, con el alcance y por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por Secretaria se envien copias de esta providencia a la Fiscalia General de la Nacion, a la Fiscalia Regional de Medellin, a la Procuraduria Delegada para la Vigilancia Judicial y a la Procuraduria Delegada para la Policia Judicial.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que por Secretaria se comunique esta providencia al Tribunal Superior de Medellin, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
