- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla -Sala Laboral-, el 27 de mayo de 1997, por medio del cual se confirmó la improcedencia de la tutela intentada por Norelis Rojano Vizcaino contra la Secretaría de Educación de esa ciudad.
