- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de fecha 6 de julio de 1994, proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Caimito, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por Astrid del Carmen Ricardo Montes.
- Segundo. NEGAR la tutela impetrada, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- Tercero. Para que se establezca si al proferirse fallo inhibitorio se incurrió en una de las conductas descritas en el artículo 53 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, remítase copia del expediente y de esta sentencia al Fiscal General de la Nación.
