- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la Sentencia del Juzgado Unico Civil del Municipio de Gigante proferida el 2 de Junio de 1994 por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por el senor Antonio Maria Ordonez Artunduaga en relacion con sus derechos politicos y de peticion, y prevenir al Juez Unico Penal de Gigante para que no vuelva a incurrir en la omision que dio lugar a la tutela.
- TERCERO. ENVIAR copias de esta providencia al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura para que investigue la actuacion del Juez Unico Penal Municipal de Gigante respecto de los hechos que dieron lugar a la accion de tutela que se revisa.
- CUARTO. ORDENAR que por Secretaria se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado Unico Civil del Municipio de Gigante (Huila), en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
