- Primero. REVOCAR la decisión proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Promiscuo del Circuito de Sabanalarga, Atlántico. En su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la vida y al mínimo vital del señor WILFRIDO POLO CASTRO.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Gerente de la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado del Municipio de Sabanalarga, en el Departamento del Atlántico, que en el plazo máximo de quince (15) días contados a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, pague los salarios adeudados al actor. Si no hubiere la disponibilidad correspondiente, dispondrá del término ya indicado para iniciar las gestiones tendientes a la consecución de los correspondientes recursos.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
