- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado 8º. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla, dentro de los expedientes T-279838 y T-279839, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de ésta providencia.
- Segundo. TUTELAR los derechos constitucionales fundamentales de los actores a su mínimo vital y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR al Gobernador del Atlántico que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, proceda a cancelar a los actores la totalidad de las mesadas pensionales, advirtiéndole que también podrá hacer uso del anticipo contemplado en el parágrafo 6º del artículo 2º de la ley 549 de 1999.
- Tercero. El desacato a lo aquí dispuesto será sancionado en los términos previstos por el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
