- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Antioquia -Sala Disciplinaria-, con fundamento en los argumentos expuestos en esta Sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Empresa Antioquena de Energia S.A., que inicie una campana educativa en los municipios del Departamento de Antioquia para que los habitantes conozcan los peligros y se eviten accidentes tan lamentables como el ocurrido en el municipio de El Santuario.
- TERCERO.
