CONFIRMASE la sentencia dictada por el Honorable Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cúcuta, Sala Laboral el nueve (9) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), para resolver sobre la tutela solicitada por el señor Eduardo García-Herreros Ramírez, por los motivos expuestos en este fallo.
- SEGUNDO. Comuníquese la presente decisión al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cúcuta, para que dé cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
