R E S U E L V E :
Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Sincelejo -Sala Laboral-, de fecha julio diez (10) de 1995.
Segundo. Tutelar los derechos fundamentales a la vida, dignidad, igualdad y protección a la tercera edad, de los peticionarios FRANCISCO AVELINO CORONADO PALENCIA, ELIGIO CONTRERAS y JULIO CESAR ESPINOSA PETANO; en consecuencia se ordena al Alcalde Municipal de Corozal, Sucre, la cancelación dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia de toda suma de dinero debida a los peticionarios por concepto de las mesadas pensionales de jubilación, causadas hasta la fecha, así como el pago oportuno de las mismas en el futuro.
Tercero. El Juzgado
Segundo. Promiscuo del Circuito de Corozal, vigilará el estricto cumplimiento de lo ordenado en esta providencia.
Cuarto. Líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
