- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo de fecha 27 de Marzo de 1995, proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Bogota, Sala Civil, mediante el cual se tutelaron los derechos fundamentales al buen nombre, a la honra, al debido proceso, a la defensa y al trabajo, en la accion de tutela interpuesta por Pablo Jose Lopez Lacouture contra Alberto Torrente Fernandez, Funcionario de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro. En consecuencia, CONFIRMAR el fallo de primera instancia en el cual se denego la presente accion de tutela, pero por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado Diecinueve Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
