- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del Juez Civil del Circuito de Istmina (Chocó), el veinticinco (25) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993). Queda en firme la sentencia de primera instancia, que denegó la tutela.
- Segundo. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía y el Alcalde Municipal de Tadó, dentro de la órbita de sus respectivas competencias, adoptarán las decisiones a que haya lugar para restablecer la situación que imperaba antes del fallo de segunda instancia, siempre y cuando ello sea posible y persistan los motivos y el soporte jurídico que inspiraban los actos cuya revocatoria había sido ordenada.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
