- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado 20 de Familia y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogotá -Sala de Familia-, mediante los cuales se negó el amparo solicitado. En su lugar, se CONCEDE la tutela de los derechos a la vida, a la salud, a la información, al libre desarrollo de la personalidad y a conformar, en forma responsable, una familia.
- En consecuencia, se ordena al Director del "Hospital Infantil Universitario Lorencita Villegas de Santos" que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, entregue la muestra de tejido aórtico solicitado por los demandantes.
- Segundo. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
