- PRIMERO. Revocar la sentencia proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Rosa de Viterbo el siete (7) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995), y en su lugar, denegar la tutela impetrada por Hugo Dario Perico Estupinan contra el Juez Promiscuo del Circuito de Socha.
- SEGUNDO. Comunicar la presente providencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Rosa de Viterbo, para los efectos del articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
