Primero. CONFIRMASE la sentencia proferida por el Consejo de Estado en el expediente T -204081. REVOCASE el fallo del Consejo de Estado dentro del expediente T- 204077. En consecuencia, ORDÉNASE al Alcalde del Municipio de Ciénaga de Oro, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, que dentro del término de quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, cancele los salarios reclamados por los actores. Si por la imprevisión administrativa, no hubiere partida presupuestal disponible, el Alcalde deberá en el mismo término iniciar las gestiones correspondientes con miras a efectuar las adiciones presupuestales que permitan atender con lo ordenado.
Segundo. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
