- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de tutela de segunda instancia materia de revisión, dictado por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, Sala de Familia, el 6 de noviembre de 2001, respecto de la acción de tutela formulada a través de apoderado por la señora GLADYS DELGADO VÁSQUEZ. En su lugar, se CONFIRMA la sentencia de primera instancia adoptada por el Juzgado Doce de Familia de Bogotá el 27 de septiembre de 2001 que concedió la tutela impetrada, con las aclaraciones señaladas de manera precisa en la parte considerativa de esta providencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, se libren las comunicaciones previstas por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
