- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali, Sala Laboral y la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Laboral.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la protección solicitada por Lucio Velásquez Coral y, por tanto, ORDENAR al Rector de la Universidad del Valle que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, si no lo hubiere hecho ya, proceda a cancelar la totalidad de las mesadas pensionales adeudadas al actor.
- Tercero. PREVENIR al ente demandado para que en el futuro evite incurrir en las omisiones que generaron la instauración de la acción de tutela.
- Cuarto. DAR cumplimiento por Secretaría General a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
